Job Description

We are looking for an HR & Admin Officer, preferably a Male Candidate:



Legal Affairs & Administration:



Manage company legal records and contracts.

Coordinate with authorities and legal advisors.

Ensure licenses and registrations are current.

Rentals & PMO (Premium Medium Offices) Section:



Lease and market PMO units.

Manage tenant relations and contracts.

Coordinate billing and support services.

Fleet Management:



Manage and maintain company fleet.

Monitor fuel usage, maintenance and documentation.

Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance with company policies and regulations.

Insurance Management:



Maintain a centralized register of all company insurance policies (type, coverage, provider, expiry).

Manage renewal cycles for health, property, fleet, and other business insurance.

Administer employee health insurance enrollment, changes, and claims.

Coordinate with departments on asset-related insurance (buildings, fleet, equipment).

Liaise with insurance brokers and providers to obtain quotations and negotiate terms.

Handle claims management including documentation, submission, and tracking.

Ensure timely issuance and availability of insurance certificates.

Support internal audits, client requests, and regulatory inspections.

Advise management on insurance coverage adequacy and risk exposure.

Coordinate the annual insurance budget with Finance and Procurement.

Facilities Management Section:



Manage cleaning, maintenance, and safety.

Oversee AMC contracts and repairs.

Ensure functional and compliant facilities.

Compliance and Reporting:



Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Others:



Manage all the daily requests from employees and work with the PRO on completing all PRO work on timely manner.

Directly in charge to follow up the labor camps occupancy plan and maintain their states in conformity with the Municipality Regulations.

Health, Safety And Environment:



Act as a member of management review meeting for HSE System.

Complying with relevant laws, rules, regulations and requirements that related to his job title.

Support and implement HSE Policy and objectives.

Manage subordinates to comply with HSE System.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or in the same field.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.

At least 2-3 years of experience in HR and Admin or a similar role.

Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
