A leading legal firm in Dubai is urgently seeking an experienced, smart, energetic, and highly professional HR & Admin Officer.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and an MBA in Human Resources.
Minimum 5-10 years of direct HR & Admin experience within the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and government procedures.
Excellent command of professional English, both written and spoken.
Proven ability as both a team leader and a collaborative team player.
Ability to maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, retention, and exit processes.
Act as a strategic bridge between Management and Employees.
Develop and manage the Performance Management System.
Monitor attendance, and prepare detailed reports and presentations for management.
Lead monthly HR review meetings with the Chairman.
Prepare all employee letters, certificates, and NOCs.
Handle payroll coordination and all day-to-day HR & Admin operations.
Liaise with key government authorities (e.g., MOHRE, GPSSA, MOJ, MOI, etc.).
Coordinate with IT, Accounts, and other internal departments.
