Job Description

Vacancy - HR & Admin Officer

Location - Dubai

Joining - Immediate

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Employee documentation and record keeping Maintaining and updating accurate employee records, both in physical files and in the HR Information System (HRIS). Drafting and issuing HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, salary certificates, and no-objection certificates (NOCs). Handling the collection and processing of employee paperwork for onboarding and offboarding. Processing and tracking employee leave requests, including sick leave and vacation.
Recruitment and Onboarding

Assisting with the recruitment process by posting job openings online, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documents and conducting initial orientations.
Payroll and Benefits

Assisting the finance team with timely and accurate payroll processing. Coordinating employee medical insurance applications and handling related inquiries. Managing the administrative tasks for employee benefits and compensation. Ensuring compliance with the UAE's Wages Protection System (WPS).
Legal Compliance

Coordinating with a Public Relations Officer (PRO) for visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID processing. Handling the documentation for trade license renewals and other regulatory requirements. Ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
General Administration

Serving as the initial point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors. Providing administrative support to the management team as needed. Managing the Labor Accommodations Contracts.
Qualifications and Skills

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.

Experience:

Previous experience in an HR or administrative role in the UAE is essential, with requirements ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the company.

Knowledge:

Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and procedures for visa and work permit processing.

Skills:

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills are necessary. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is also expected.

Personal attributes:

The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and a strong attention to detail are crucial.
