We are seeking an experienced HR & Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the human resources and administrative functions of the organization.
at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in the UAE construction industry.
HR Tasks:
Provide administrative support to staff members
Handle visitor inquiries and direct them to relevant personnel
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming
Maintain employee records and documents (soft and hard copies) and recording daily time record of all employees.
Update & process of HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences and leaves
Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Process employees' requests and provide relevant information
posting job vacancies on job boards and social media flatforms & schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Knowledgeable for visa application and cancellation (work permit and immigration)
Administrative Tasks:
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, scan, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports & Daily attendance
Develop and maintain a filing system
Manage schedules, appointments, and bookings
Process employees insurance , vehicle, labour camp, and renewals of company properties and documents
Performing any other administrative roles.

Candidates with previous experience in construction company is preferred.
