to support Ritaj's growing workforce in cleaning, maintenance, security, and facility management divisions. This role ensures timely hiring of qualified candidates, smooth onboarding, and administrative compliance with Qatar Labor Law, while also supporting general HR and office administration.
Recruitment & Onboarding
(Primary Function)
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
, including manpower planning, job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and offers.
Liaise with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions aligned with operational requirements.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and overseas partners to source candidates, particularly for blue-collar positions.
Conduct reference checks and ensure all candidate documents are verified before hiring.
Manage
visa processing, medicals, work permits, and onboarding formalities
for new staff.
Organize orientation and induction programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Maintain a talent pool database for future manpower requirements.
HR Operations
Maintain updated staff records, contracts, and personnel files.
Track attendance, leaves, and overtime; prepare reports for payroll processing.
Assist in employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Support training & development initiatives in coordination with Ritaj's Training Center.
Administration
Handle office administration, correspondence, and filing systems.
Ensure compliance with government regulations for staff sponsorship, renewals, and exit permits.
Coordinate logistics for staff accommodation, uniforms, and transport requirements.
Support QHSE compliance in HR and administration processes.
