Immediate joiners preferable Non-Indian nationals. : -Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR and administrative functions of the company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including creating job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making job offers. - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with the company's mission and goals. - Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including orientation, documentation, and exit interviews. - Prepares timely closure of payroll process. - Responsible for the performance review and appraisal cycles in accordance with the policies and procedures. - Administer employee benefits programs and manage employee relations issues. - Manage employee records, including personnel files and confidential information. Requirements : - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - At least 5 years experience in HR and administrative functions, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role ideally in the UAE/ Abu Dhabi. - Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Flexible and open minded.
