We are a dynamic real estate and holiday homes company based in Dubai, seeking a talented Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content and manage our social media presence. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about real estate and hospitality, with experience in creating engaging videos and photography for listings and promotions.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and experienced content creator who owns their own camera and equipment to capture stunning visuals for our properties. The ideal candidate will also edit and optimize digital content across multiple channels and manage the social media accounts of two companies:
Real Estate:
Promotional videos, property showcases, and market updates.
Holiday Homes:
Property photos, videos, and engaging content for listings and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Shoot high-quality videos and photos of real estate and holiday homes properties.
Edit and optimize videos and photos to a professional standard for social media, website, email newsletters, and listings.
Manage and schedule content across two social media accounts.
Develop creative content that drives engagement and leads.
Ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity and quality standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
Proven experience shooting and editing real estate and holiday homes content in Dubai.
Own professional camera and editing equipment.
Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent).
Excellent photography skills with an eye for composition, lighting, and staging.
Experience managing social media accounts, including content planning and posting.
Knowledge of trends in real estate and holiday home marketing.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
Experience with drone photography/videography.
Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics.
