Description:
We are currently hiring an HR & Admin Executive to support both human resources operations and daily administrative activities. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong recruitment experience and the ability to manage multiple HR and office-related responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Maintain and update employee records, attendance tracking, and leave management systems
Assist with payroll coordination by preparing and verifying HR-related inputs and documentation
Oversee office administration tasks, including vendor coordination and facility management
Support visa processing, labor matters, insurance documentation, and compliance requirements
Serve as the main point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support needs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles with strong hiring exposure
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Prior UAE HR or Admin experience is considered an advantage
