Recruitment and Onboarding: The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of HR and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork.
Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Address employee grievances and work to resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Benefits Administration:
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits enrollment, changes, and claims.
Office Administration:
  • Oversee general office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
  • Assist the sales team to prepare quotations and contracts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role, preferably in the UAE.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
  • HR and Admin: 2 years (Required)
