Recruitment and Onboarding: The HR & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization. This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of HR and administrative processes. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and necessary paperwork.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Address employee grievances and work to resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits enrollment, changes, and claims.
Office Administration:
Oversee general office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.
Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Assist the sales team to prepare quotations and contracts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR & Admin Officer or similar role, preferably in the UAE.
Sound knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
