On Boarding: Handling joining procedure of new employee in an efficient way such as collection of relevant documents, job offer letter, orientation, inductions, background verification, vehicle, SIM card handover and rest other benefits as provided by company. 3.Handling all types of records and grievances of employee4.Assist the HRM to Prepare and implement company policies and procedures in an efficient way5.Ensure on time Renewal of company relevant documents 6. Visa Process: Handling the visa process of employee in an efficient manner taking regular follow ups until and unless Visa is stamped, and Emirates Id is handed over to the respective employee. 7.Maintain Employee Service Records: Maintain employee personnel records, attendance, leave records, leave settlements, final detail settlements, grievances, incident reports, warnings, appreciation, loan advances, uniform releasing, and entry/exit details and procedure, maintain of loan records and services before going for their vacation. 8.Monthly Payroll: Prepare monthly payroll in an efficient way, SIF/WPS file, Salary slips. 9.Company policies/ procedures, Correspondence and Memos: Preparing policies/procedures and Memos in an efficient way, getting approvals and accordingly forward to company employees.
