Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Support the recruitment process: post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews
Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
Prepare HR documents like employment contracts, onboarding kits, and HR policies
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
Coordinate training sessions, HR events, and staff activities
Handle administrative tasks and support HR projects as assigned
Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1 -2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role (preferred)
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
High level of discretion and confidentiality
