Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with financial tasks & HR, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist in bookkeeping, invoicing, and maintaining financial records.
Process and reconcile payments, expenses, and bank transactions.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation.
Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and external auditors when needed.
Handle payroll processing and employee records.
Assist in preparing VAT filings and other compliance documents.
Support HR functions, including document management and onboarding processes.
Maintain and organize company files, contracts, and confidential information.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
