Job Responsibilities:
Preparing and maintaining employee 201 files updated and some HR related files
Recruitment (from candidate search to joining).
Responsible for tracking and approval of employee vacation/leave including flight booking.
Facilitates company documents requested by employees (salary certificates, etc.)
Maintaining calendars for HR departments, setting appointments, and arranging meetings
Employee orientation and issuing company assets.
Employee relations.
Facilitates demobilization process (notification to concerned parties, final settlement computation, coordinating with PRO, etc.)
Subscribing employees for medical and life insurance.
Monitoring timesheet / biometrics attendance.
esponsible for maintaining HR software by keeping the vacation and leave updates.
Adding and deactivating employees. Generating various reports.
Monitors, checks, and approves air ticket requests.
Observance of Labor Law and awareness for any medication.
Follows the implementation of company policy.
Prepares monthly attendance work hours breakdown.
Carry other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year HR & Admin experience in Qatar
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or related experience
Others:
Languages: Arabic (Mandatory),
English (Advance)

Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
