Processing leave applications and tracking attendance
Supporting onboarding by coordinating documentation and workspace setup
Communication and Coordination
Acting as a liaison between HR and other departments
Coordinating with external recruitment agencies and assisting in interview scheduling
Technical and System Proficiency
Familiarity with HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors for workflows like ID creation and time entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
Policy and Compliance Awareness
Handling sensitive employee data with confidentiality
