Hiring for HR Admin Assistant in Qatar





Need Arab candidates


Experience:5+ yrs


Core HR Administrative Skills




Maintaining and updating employee records, including job titles, departments, and reporting lines Processing leave applications and tracking attendance Supporting onboarding by coordinating documentation and workspace setup

Communication and Coordination




Acting as a liaison between HR and other departments Coordinating with external recruitment agencies and assisting in interview scheduling

Technical and System Proficiency




Familiarity with HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors for workflows like ID creation and time entry Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems

Policy and Compliance Awareness




Handling sensitive employee data with confidentiality Ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures

Soft Skills




Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective time management and task prioritization Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills
