Job Description

Responsibilities



Administration (office management) / Reception



- Entering employee time sheets on a daily basis in Epicor. (Training will be given).

- Coordinate with timesheet in charge per department for time sheet related matters.

-Hotel & Flight Bookings and coordination with the existing and new agencies and hotel partners.

- Assist with document control for HR department

- Other jobs that may be assigned from time to time

Human Resources



- Assist HR department with maintaining employee files, records electronically and in folders.

- Maintain and update various records of performance management, CVs, Job descriptions

in proper formats in excel or in other electronic formats.

- Coordinate with Employees to collect various information required for personnel

documentations and record updation and visa renewal timelines.

- Coordinate for all employee engagement activities.

- Maintain and update training records and follow up for training needs and re certification trainings with the department managers.

Front Office (Future task)



- Manage the reception, visitors log and visitors

- Managing the phone calls and diverting call appropriately.

- Distribute mails and manage courier collection and delivery.

Required profile



- No gender preference, but must have excellent communication skills in English (Speak, read and write).

- Arabic knowledge will be an advantage but not mandatory.

- Must have worked in a similar capacity of having handled administration, HR document control, Front office related.

Administration related work and document control work.

- Must be good on working with MS office (word , excel and power point).

- Must be knowledgeable in Excel with advance skills in using formulas and creating reports.

- Must have exposure to having worked on ERP like Epicor or others. (training on Epicor can

be provided).

- Driving license preferred but not mandatory.

Apart from salary , sharing free transport to Bur Dubai / Karama will be provided.

Contract length: 3 to 5 months

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
