Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Trainer. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to beginners on proper housekeeping and cleaning skills, including practical demonstrations and theoretical knowledge. Roles:
- Develop and implement training programs to teach beginners proper housekeeping and cleaning skills.
- Conduct practical and theoretical training sessions, including hands-on demonstrations and instructional material development.
- Develop training assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to beginners to enhance their skills.
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning practices and principles.
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate practical skills to beginners.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing training needs and requirements.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and training.
- Patient and encouraging demeanor when working with beginners.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with learners.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry developments and trends.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Minimum of four (4) years of previous experience in housekeeping and cleaning.
- Fluent in English, with an advantage of speaking Hindi, Malayalam or Urdu.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours and days, including weekends and evenings.
- Certification or degree in Education, Hospitality or related field (preferred).
