Job Description

As a housekeeping trainer you\xe2\x80\x99ll work on training housekeepers on specific tasks and duties. You\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure the implementation of the full training program and evaluate their performance during. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be the go to person in their inquiries and concerns on housekeeping tasks and follow up with them to make sure they are applying their training fully.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

Oversee the housekeepers training.
Oversee the implementation of the training
Update and enhance the training program
Train the housekeepers on duties like bed making, ironing, laundry, cleaning, deep cleaning and other chores.
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring along:

Excellent English communication, written and spoken
Experience in housekeeping in a 4 or 5 star hotel
Supervisory experience is a plus
Ability to deliver and evaluate trainings
