Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping staff and site activities
Ensure cleaning standards and hygiene requirements are consistently met
Conduct regular site inspections and report issues to management
Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, and manpower deployment
Handle client coordination and respond to operational requirements
Monitor and request cleaning materials and equipment
Train housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety standards
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports
Requirements
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
Valid Qatar driver's license (mandatory)
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
Immediate availability is an advantage
