Hotel Experience is must.
Ability to handle a big team ( Public Area - Room Attendant )
Responsibilities:
Establishment of cleaning standards and procedures for workers and ensure adherence to these standards and procedures Coaching and developing employees Scheduling and assigning specific duties/roles to cleaners and also ensuring that they are carried out expertly Inspection of cleaning apartment on daily basis Providing any form of required assistance to cleaners while they carry out their duties. Proven past experience in house keeping.
Requirements:
Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for hotels and luxury apartments Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products Excellent organizational and team management skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Experience with opera and Microsoft office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1,700.00 per month
