Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet hotel cleanliness standards Monitor room inspections and ensure timely room readiness Support staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity control Train, motivate, and guide housekeeping team members Assist in inventory control, linen management, and supply ordering Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies Prepare reports and assist in departmental administration

Requirements

Must be locally available and able to attend a personal interview Previous experience in similar role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays Hospitality-related certification or diploma is an advantage
