Supervise and manage housekeeping staff across multiple units Prepare daily cleaning schedules and assignments Conduct quality checks before guest check-in Train staff on cleaning standards and procedures Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams Manage linen and cleaning supplies inventory
Requirements:
1-2 years experience as a housekeeping supervisor Mandatory experience in Dubai holiday homes or hotel apartments Strong leadership and organizational skills
