Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Housekeeping Supervisor

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in

Holiday Homes or hospitality

, possess strong leadership skills, and have a

valid UAE driving license and a car

. This role requires excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations across multiple properties. Inspect properties before guest arrivals and after check-outs to ensure quality standards are met. Train, manage, and schedule housekeeping staff and outsourced cleaners. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities. Coordinate with maintenance and guest relations teams for timely issue resolution. Report property status, damages, and cleaning updates to the operations team. Ensure all cleaning and hygiene standards comply with company policies. Assist with onboarding and setup of new properties.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in

Holiday Homes, Hotels, or Serviced Apartments

. Must have a

valid UAE driving license

and

own car

. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.). Flexible and willing to work on weekends or holidays as needed.
