to join our Facility Management team. This role is for someone who can lead housekeeping staff, organize daily work, and make sure all sites are clean, safe, and well managed.
You will help manage housekeeping operations, support the Project Supervisor, and ensure high service and safety standards are followed at all times.
Main Duties:
Assist the Project Supervisor with daily housekeeping operations
Supervise and guide housekeeping staff at assigned sites
Plan daily tasks and duty schedules
Make sure cleaning work meets quality and service standards
Check staff performance and give guidance when needed
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and suppliers
Ensure Health & Safety rules are followed
Handle work issues and report them to management
Keep records, reports, and attendance sheets
Ensure all work follows ISO standards and local regulations
Requirements:
Female candidates only
3-year Diploma or similar qualification
7-9 years experience
in housekeeping
Facility Management experience is preferred
Experience leading housekeeping teams
Good communication skills in English
Other languages are a plus
Organized, responsible, and able to lead a team
