What You'll Do

• Assign and supervise daily tasks for room attendants, ensuring efficient completion of duties.
• Conduct monthly inventories of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
• Manage shift handovers, reporting any discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Monitor usage of amenities, chemicals, equipment, and linen to control costs and prevent misuse.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain Accor's cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Handle guest requests promptly and professionally, ensuring service satisfaction.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to housekeeping staff.
• Support smooth coordination with other hotel departments for seamless guest experiences.

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and best practices.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team while also working hands-on when required.
• Physically fit to handle lifting tasks up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
