The InterContinental Hotels Group\xc2\xae properties in Dubai Festival City consist of four hotel brands. These include the luxury brand InterContinental, the superior upscale Crowne Plaza, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites and the vibrant mid-scale Holiday Inn & Suites. In addition to over 1000+ bedrooms, the four properties boast a selection of high quality restaurants and bars, an impressive 3,800 square meter Event Centre across two levels, the 5,000 square meters Festival Arena by InterContinental, the luxurious Spa InterContinental, state-of-the-art gymnasium and swimming pool facilities. A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you\'ll mostly be:

\xe2\x97\x8f Making sure every single room is at its absolute best for our guests

\xe2\x97\x8f Helping our guests in any way you can - whether they\'ve forgotten their toothbrush or just need to find the elevator

\xe2\x97\x8f Keeping your supervisor in the loop by advising them of any progress or problems

\xe2\x97\x8f Monitoring and controlling supplies to minimise waste

\xe2\x97\x8f Doing your best to reunite guests with any lost or misplaced items

\xe2\x97\x8f Regularly assisting with deep clean projects

What We need from you

\xe2\x97\x8f It\'s a physical role and you\'ll be on your feet most of the day, so fitness is important

\xe2\x97\x8f Occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and or push/pulling heavy objects

\xe2\x97\x8f You may need to bend and kneel to complete some activities

\xe2\x97\x8f Literacy skills - reading, writing and basic math skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Flexible attitude to shifts - you may be required to work nights, weekends and/or holidays
