Job Description
Purpose of Role
Ensure efficient operation of the warehouse and/or chillers and supporting production by executing preparation tasks essential for a smooth workflow.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Warehouse & Chiller Operation
Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and/or chillers at all times Oversee chiller/warehouse inventory and take responsibility for order and the care and maintenance of flower inventory Complete regular warehouse tidying tasks, to ensure that all shelves are clean and stock is kept organised and easy to retrieve. Attend regular staff meetings, using them as a basis for the communication of any ideas for improvement in processes or wastage reduction. Any other tasks as advised
Florist Support and Flower Inventory Management
Perform the cleaning and cutting of flowers as well as foam preparation for florists. Ensure the proper care and organisation of flower inventory
Personal Development
Engage in continuous personal & professional development. Arrange appraisals with your line manager in accordance with the company's appraisal process.
Education/Qualifications, Skills, & Experience
High School Education Basic English, ability to communicate Experience in a similar role
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
