, a premium transport service in Dubai, is looking for aHotel Sales Supervisor
to lead and coordinate high-end limousine services for hotel guests. If you have experience inhospitality or VIP guest services
then we want to speak to you.Requirements:
Valid UAE License
with one years experience and over21 years of Age
. With a Minimum of1 years experience or relevant experience.
Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
in hospitality, concierge, or transportation servicesExcellent
communication and customer service skills must speak with very good English.
Ability to stay organized and multi task in a
high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Dubai/UAE roads
and top hotel locations is a plusPresentable, professional appearance with a
VIP service mindset and be able be a team player with hotel staff and peers
Willingness to work
flexible shifts
, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysKey Responsibilities:
Serve as the
main point of contact
between 5-star hotel partners and our limousine team Coordinate and overseeguest bookings
, ensuring prompt and professional VIP transfer services Supervise and schedule chauffeurs assigned to hotel locations Managedaily dispatches, special guest requests
, and on-the-go itinerary changes Resolve anyguest concerns or service issues
promptly and professionally Build and maintain excellent relationships withhotel concierge teams and front desk staff
