to join our Sales & Marketing team. The successful candidate must have a
strong background in hotel sales
and a proven ability to generate revenue across corporate, leisure, and group segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote the hotel's rooms, outlets, and services to maximize revenue
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key partners
Generate new business while managing and growing existing hotel accounts
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections
Negotiate rates and contracts in line with hotel policies and revenue strategy
Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in hotel sales (mandatory)
Proven track record in achieving sales targets within a hotel environment
Strong knowledge of hotel market segments (Corporate, Leisure, Groups, MICE)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
