Hotel Sales Executive

to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality professional eager to grow their career in a fast-paced and rewarding sales environment.

Job Purpose

Responsible for developing corporate accounts, generating revenue from business clients, MICE, and conferences, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new corporate clients and contracts. Maintain and expand relationships with existing corporate accounts. Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for corporate clients. Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth execution of corporate events. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in corporate hotel sales (Dubai experience preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Knowledge of MICE operations and corporate travel requirements. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Must own a car and have a valid UAE driving license. Must be based in Dubai.
