Identify and develop new corporate, leisure, and MICE business opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings
Prepare and negotiate contracts, rates, and proposals
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, and F&B for smooth execution
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in a hotel or hospitality environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of hotel sales, revenue management, and market segments
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Experience in corporate, travel agent, or MICE sales
Local market knowledge
