Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive room and event bookings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and advertising.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and hotel industry functions.
Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure alignment of marketing and sales goals.
Monitor and report on sales performance and ROI of marketing initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the hotel or hospitality sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of hotel booking systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
