Requirements:

• Currently based in the UAE with a minimum 10-15 years in the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (GM, Hotel Manager, or Director of Operations)
• Proven success managing large-scale complex operations in the GCC region.
• 5* international branded hotel experience & exposure to the luxury market
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• Master's degree (MBA or Hospitality Management specialization) is preferred, especially for international or luxury brands.

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, brand standards, and growth objectives.
• Operational Excellence: Manage daily hotel functions--including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services--to deliver seamless and superior guest experiences.
• Financial Management: Develop and control budgets, monitor financial performance, optimize revenue streams, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and staff to foster a high-performance, service-driven culture.
• Guest Experience: Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service quality, responding proactively to guest feedback and market trends.
• Sales & Marketing Support: Collaborate with commercial teams to drive occupancy, average room rate, and brand visibility through effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and quality assurance standards.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, corporate teams, suppliers, and local partners.
• Innovation & Growth: Identify opportunities for operational improvement, new service offerings, and technology integration to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
