Job Description

As a Front Office Receptionist your role is to be responsible and provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.

Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Provide information about hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests' needs Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests Up-sell additional facilities and services, when appropriate Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Run and review daily reports/logs Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system Accept and record wake-up call requests and deliver to appropriate department Process all payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges; provide change
Experience:

Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel for at least 1 year is required
Requirement:

Win-HMS experience Active listening and effective communication skills Flexibility to work in shifts Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
