Job Description
: As a Hotel Driver, you will be responsible for providing transportation services for hotel guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience during their stay. Your friendly and professional demeanor, along with your knowledge of local routes, will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport guests to and from the hotel in a courteous and timely manner.
- Assist guests with luggage, providing exceptional service at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and any incidents that may occur during transportation.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers and the vehicle.
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with the hotel concierge and front desk to coordinate transportation requests.
- Assist with loading and unloading of guest luggage and belongings.
- Conduct routine checks on the vehicle, including fuel, oil, and water levels, and report any issues promptly.
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a professional driver.
- Excellent knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and points of interest.
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy luggage and assist guests as needed.
- Familiarity with safety and traffic regulations.
- Professional appearance and a courteous demeanor.
