Job Description
: As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, whether it\xe2\x80\x99s a hotel, resort, or other hospitality establishment. You will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable guest experience by providing clean and well-maintained accommodations. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and changing linens.
- Ensure that guest rooms and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Empty trash bins, replace amenities, and restock supplies as needed.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Maintain equipment, including vacuum cleaners, cleaning supplies, and trolleys.
- Assist in the laundry process, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and checklists to ensure consistent quality.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to meet room turnover goals and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Previous experience as a housekeeping attendant or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy loads.
- Professionalism, including a neat appearance and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and their safe use is an advantage.
- Discretion and respect for guest privacy and confidentiality.
