Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hot Kitchen Cook / Commis to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes in the hot kitchen section, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and consistency. This is a great opportunity to grow in a professional kitchen environment.
Only candidates available to join immediately will be shortlisted.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food items in accordance with recipes and quality standards Assist senior chefs with kitchen duties and food preparation Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Monitor food stock and report shortages when necessary Ensure timely and efficient service during meal periods
Qualifications:
Can join IMMEDIATELY Have transferable work visa Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. Willing to learn, take direction, and work in a team environment. Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Proven experience as a cook or commis in a hot kitchen (restaurant, hotel, or catering preferred) Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food handling procedures

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
