Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hot Kitchen Chef that specializes in breakfast items, breads, croissants, sandwiches, afternoon tea and English breakfast preparation. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare visually appealing breakfast items and snacks which are also delicious.

Responsibilities:

- Must be trained in preparing a variety of breakfast items including a variety of eggs preparation, pasta dishes, salads, sandwiches, French toast, burgers and other hot kitchen items.

- Work in coordination with the team to maintain inventory levels, share menu ideas and execute them efficiently

- Stay updated on industry trends and launch seasonal menus.

- Follow the existing recipes with utmost precision.

- Ensure that all food items meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.

- Continuously evaluate and improve recipes as needed.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hot kitchen, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.

- Ensure a clean and organized workspace in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards.

- Monitor and address any issues with food quality promptly.

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate timing and ensure smooth service during peak hours.

- Provide guidance and support to kitchen team members.

- Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring that they adhere to the established standards and procedures.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Hot Kitchen Chef with expertise in sandwich, burger, pizza, and English breakfast preparation.

- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.

- Creative and innovative approach to menu development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
