A hostess at a fashion brand store is responsible for greeting customers and providing them with a positive shopping experience. The job duties may include:
- Greeting customers as they enter the store and directing them to the appropriate section or department.
- Assisting customers with their shopping needs and answering any questions they may have about products or services.
- Providing customers with information about current promotions, sales, and discounts.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment by ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and shelves are stocked.
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Providing feedback to management regarding customer preferences and concerns.

- Previous experience in client service / customer service role and have a strong service mindset.
