\xe2\x80\x8bCharterhouse has partnered with an iconic Luxury Fashion Brand who are looking to hire an experienced Store Supervisor with a passion for luxury retail to support one of their flagship boutiques in the Fashion Avenue, Dubai Mall.

About the role
This is a unique opportunity to join a renowned international fashion brand with a growing presence across the Middle East Region. The Supervisor will lead, motivate and coach the in-store team and drive their performance to exceed their targets and KPIs. In addition, the Supervisor will lead by example ensuring the team is up-to-date and has excellent product knowledge at all times.

In conjunction, this role will work closely with the Store Manager supporting day to day store operations, as well as training the new staff and delivering product feedback to the retail office.

About you
Our client is looking for a fashion-oriented individual who is proactive and people focused. The successful candidate will constantly seek ways of attracting new clients and maintaining strong relationships with the existing clientele, including VIP client network.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have experience working for an international luxury brand, at senior sales level or above and have a solid understanding of the luxury market within the region as well as customer service and the latest trends. The role requires a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a passion for the industry, as well as strong leadership and networking skills. Due to the nature of the business, our client has a preference for female candidates.
