We are seeking polished and guest-oriented

Host/Hostess

to join a renowned luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in five-star hospitality, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver highly personalized services with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for villa guests, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences throughout their stay. Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, handle in-villa check-in/check-out, and provide personalized orientation of villa facilities. Anticipate guest needs and assist with dining, spa, transportation, excursions, and other tailored requests. Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure villa readiness and flawless service delivery. Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide recommendations for on-site and local experiences. Maintain the villa's cleanliness, presentation, and overall ambiance in line with luxury standards. Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and the highest service standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field (preferred). 2-4 years of proven experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or private residences. Strong communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are highly valued. Well-groomed, professional appearance, and refined etiquette suitable for luxury hospitality. Strong organizational abilities with the capability to multitask and manage guest requests efficiently. Familiarity with VIP guest handling, fine dining service, and luxury hospitality practices is an advantage.
