We are seeking experienced and guest-oriented

Spa Therapists (Male/Female)

to join a prestigious luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have

3-4 years of experience

in five-star hotels, resorts, or high-end wellness centers, with proven expertise in delivering exceptional spa treatments and creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a wide range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, and wellness therapies. Provide personalized consultations and recommend tailored treatment plans. Maintain treatment rooms, tools, and spa areas to the highest hygiene and presentation standards. Promote spa services and upsell retail products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. Ensure guest privacy, confidentiality, and overall comfort at all times. Maintain accurate records and follow spa operational procedures. Support reception duties, inventory control, and daily spa operations when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Certification in Spa or Massage Therapy from a recognized institute. 3-4 years' experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or five-star spas. Proficiency in multiple massage and wellness techniques (e.g., Thai, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy). Strong knowledge of anatomy, skincare, and holistic wellness practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach. Presentable, professional, and able to maintain a serene guest environment. Flexible with shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Arabic speaking candidates preferred Candidates currently based in Qatar will be prioritized Overseas candidates are welcome's to apply
