This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to support the hotel's marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and creative initiatives aligned with the hotel's brand objectives.
Manage social media channels, website content, and digital marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and reach.
Design promotional materials, advertisements, and content for both online and offline platforms.
Collaborate with F&B, events, and operations teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
Track campaign performance and generate regular reports to assess ROI and effectiveness.
Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, designers, and media partners as needed.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative and marketing outputs.
Assist in organizing events, launches, and special promotions to enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
4-5 years of experience in marketing and creative roles within luxury hotels or premium hospitality brands in GCC.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Skilled in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
Philippine Nationals preferred.
