Job Description

We're hiring for the position of Host Customer Service! If you love interacting with guests, ensuring their safety, and providing an unforgettable experience, this role is perfect for you!

Core Responsibilities:

Greet the guest/ Check tickets/ Mention the safety rules of the rides/ play area, Guide the guest to the ride/play, Manage the crowd and que, answer the queries of the guest, Maintain High Safety standards, Giving Safety instructions, always monitoring & following safety procedures / Helping the Customer to have a good experience.

Must be well groomed at work, Good in English Communication a must. Experience - Candidates with any customer/ guest service/ handling kids preferred
