Responsibilities:

- Cultivate a welcoming, friendly, and courteous atmosphere for guests, residents, and staff members.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall ambiance and experience of the community.

- Understand and connect with each segment of the community, tailoring services and experiences accordingly.

- Establish distinct identities for each segment and district, reflecting their unique stories.

- Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and increased efficiency.

- Streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks to optimize the customer journey cycle time.

- Conduct trend analysis to anticipate customer behavior and align services accordingly.

- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and digital applications for enhancing the customer journey.

- Ensure virtual reality (VR), hologram, and other digital applications are kept up-to-date with recent changes in the customer journey within the city.

- Train and mentor concierge, security personnel, bellboys, doormen, and valet staff in effective communication and delivering exceptional service.

- Foster trust and build strong relationships with residents, staff members, and stakeholders.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a management role within luxurious and high-tech hotels.

- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with diverse segments of the community.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze customer feedback and data to drive improvements.

- Proven ability to anticipate customer behavior and align services accordingly.

- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their applications in the hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate a diverse team.

- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
