Currently, We are looking for an Experience Customer Retention Agent for one of our software account, who have German/English Bilingual languages ablilities. --- Support German working time, 8 to 12 hours per day, 4 to 5 days per week --- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience --- Fluent German & English language abilities --- Have a high degree of empathy, patience and resourcefulness --- Able to follow processes and instructions --- Good knowledge of a PC in Windows environment --- Be always ready to put the customer first and be passionate about helping others Job Duties: --- Answering questions and solving issues regarding the customer's purchase More Information: --- We will provide CRM & softphone system access --- A good Computer, Reliable internet access, and also a quiet work environment required --- Work from the comfort of your own home --- Callnovo's friendly management team and the service client will provide the necessary training to get your on board --- Monthly payment via Veem wire transfer to your bank account Working shifts will depends on different campaigns Job Type: Full-time Salary: E20,000.00 - E24,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
