- Attend to telephone inquiries politely and professionally
- Ensure to have all customer related inquiries answered on time and personalized service and solution to meet customer satisfaction
- Prepare and forward inquiries to overseas associates whenever necessary to avoid any non-conformance with the client.
- Respond to rate inquiries from clients through email.
- Handle airfreight, sea freight, land transportation routing orders/shipments till job is finalized through communication with agents and keep clients well informed.
- Ensure adequate filing of agreed rates and documents in customer\xe2\x80\x99s job file (Flotilla) for an easy access whenever required.
- Follow up operational requirements of clients with Operations Department and Transport Pool depending on the job scope.
- Ensure to note down any customer complaint and to be forwarded to the Cargo Manager and to the Management Representative.
- Check unbilled jobs by generating report from Flotilla.
- Follow-up outstanding invoices to customers
- Comply, implement and follow EHSMS requirement as per Abu Dhabi EHS center based on decree No.42-2009 / ISO 18001:2007
- Responsible for my own health and safety
- Take a responsibility to the employees that working under you
- Ensure workplace is safe and free of OHS hazards
- Report incident, injuries or any near misses to your direct line manager.
- Take an initiative actions if the EHS system been not followed or breached
- Minimum Education: University Degree
- Competencies: \xe2\x80\x93 He should be familiar with all related shipping terms and IATA regulations.
