With a commitment to exceptional service and a focus on client satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic Spa Administrator to join our team and help us continue to grow and excel in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all operational aspects of the home service spa, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Manage a team of dedicated professionals including massage therapists, and drivers. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver high-quality service. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction. And converting sales from inquiries. Manage inventory levels, budgeting, and financial reporting to maximize profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve spa operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in spa management or hospitality industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Knowledge of booking software, Fresha. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and spa management software (preferred)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
