What You'll Do

• Provide professional and customer-friendly home planning services for furniture and furnishings
• Meet individual sales targets while contributing to store-wide goals and KPIs
• Prepare and coordinate orders with logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and assembly processes
• Follow up with customers post-delivery to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
• Manage scheduling of appointments, deliveries, and assembly services to optimize workflow
• Monitor stock levels, advise customers on product availability, and recommend alternatives when necessary
• Support business planning and workforce scheduling for the department
• Assist in training initiatives for staff on design systems and product knowledge
• Promote efficient and cost-conscious working practices to support continuous improvement

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings or related industries
• Strong customer service skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred
• Commercially aware with understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and customer buying trends
• Knowledge of home furnishing products and design tools such as IHP 2 or NAVISION (training provided if needed)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
