Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to join its HealthHub Clinics network in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive care for women across all stages of life, from antenatal and postnatal care to the management of gynaecological conditions. The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Core Duties

• Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal support
• Diagnose and manage gynaecological conditions such as menstrual disorders, infertility, menopause, and pelvic pain
• Perform diagnostic procedures including ultrasound, colposcopy, and hysteroscopy
• Carry out surgical interventions such as caesarean sections, laparoscopies, and hysterectomies
• Counsel patients on reproductive health, contraception, and family planning
• Maintain detailed medical records and ensure continuity of care
• Support women with high-risk pregnancies and complex gynaecological conditions
• Participate in clinical audits, training, and ongoing medical education to uphold service standards

Candidate Requirements

• DHA license or eligibility as Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution
• Specialty qualification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
• Minimum of 5 years' specialist-level experience
• Fluency in English and Arabic required
• Evidence of research or publications in peer-reviewed journals preferred
• Ability to manage complex cases with a patient-centered approach
• Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced medical environment
