Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to join its expanding HealthHub Clinics in Dubai. The role involves providing comprehensive women's health services across antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, and gynaecological care, with a focus on patient-centered outcomes, surgical expertise, and holistic reproductive health management.

Core Duties

• Deliver full-spectrum obstetric care including antenatal consultations, safe intrapartum management, and postnatal support
• Diagnose and treat gynaecological conditions such as menstrual disorders, infertility, pelvic pain, and menopause-related issues
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures including ultrasound, hysteroscopy, and colposcopy
• Conduct minor and major surgical interventions such as caesarean sections, laparoscopies, and hysterectomies
• Counsel patients on reproductive health, contraception, and family planning options
• Monitor patient progress, adapt treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive medical records
• Manage complex or high-risk pregnancies in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in clinical audits, research projects, and professional education programs to ensure continuous improvement in women's healthcare

Candidate Requirements

• DHA license or eligibility as Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology
• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution
• Specialty qualification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
• Minimum 5 years' experience at specialist level in obstetrics and gynaecology
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Demonstrated experience managing both routine and high-risk obstetric and gynaecological cases
• Strong communication, counselling, and patient support skills in a clinical setting
